Bars On Wheels does not sell alcohol. Clients purchase bar packages, and we provide the full bar service experience—including professional bartenders, mixers, garnishes, all beverage options, and detailed ordering guidance if needed.

Service Minimums

All bar packages are priced per person and based on a 4-hour service minimum, however we are aware corporate events tend to end early and we are happy to work with our clients on a case by case basis. Additional service time can be added as needed.

Alcohol Polic

Bars On Wheels does not supply alcohol. Clients provide alcohol, and we provide the full bar service experience—including professional bartenders, mixers, garnishes, non-alcoholic options, and detailed ordering guidance.

Yes! Bars On Wheels prides itself on inclusivity and sustainability. All of our zero-proof mocktails and flavored citrus-based punches are made fresh in-house. We handcraft our cordials and simple syrups using home-grown herbs and less beautiful cuts of fruits. Our drinks are adorned with dehydrated garnishes made by our culinary team.
