Before you book a reservation, you must Check Availability first! Once you have a confirmation number, please fill out the form below. A booking form must be submitted and a $100 deposit is also required to reserve your event’s date. You can select the Paypal option once the booking form is submitted or mail us a check. No changes or cancellations will be accepted less than 48 hours before the event. Booking deposits are non-refundable. Additional fees, such as labor, may also be non-refundable for any cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
We require 50% payment two weeks before the event.
Final payment and final headcount is due 72 hours before the event.
